Zannah and Shane get married too!

I had a busy weekend. 2 weddings in 2 days. One in the Hunter and one in Sydney. :D I am a little tired but had a blast.

Zannah and Shane were married at Killara Uniting Church with a reception that followed at her grandmothers house in Duffys Forest. It was a lovely garden reception with Shane's family coming over from New Zealand. The weather held off and it was a nice day with lots of warmth and love.

Zannah getting ready :D
Shane patiently waiting
The arrival!
When a bride cries, I cry.
One of my faves of the day. Haven't worked out why yet.
Shane looking all gangsta like in the rolls :D

Time to put your feet up for a while Zannah!
Lovely stroll around the property

Simone and Steve get married!

I love a Hunter Valley wedding.. its so romantic. Simone and Steve were married at Peppercreek Barrel Room on the 29th August. They were surrounded by candles and fairy lights and were married by a gorgeous fireplace. This was definitely one of the more romantic weddings I have done. The happy couple are honeymooning in fiji. :D

Kerry and Merv's wedding

On Saturday the 16th of August, a couple in their 60's got married. What is so special about this couple is this is my mother inlaw and now this is my new father inlaw. There is something very special about finding love later in life I believe. These guys are so meant for each other. I wish you all the joy in the world. Welcome to the family "dad" :-)

How cute are they here!

Forgot to mention Kerry arrived on a trike!

My fave of the day! Can still look glamorous no matter your age :-) (not that I think 62 is old, before I get yelled at!) hehehe

St Edmunds Annual Fundraiser - Terrey Hills

I was absolutely honored to be asked to photograph this event on Saturday night. I love photographing events and I love it even more when it is for a great cause. St Edmunds is a wonderful school at Wahroonga. The point of the evening was to raise money for more facilities at this very special school. The kids I met were so cool and very loving.

We were also treated to an unbelievable show from TeamBeat
These guys sure know how to put on a fantastic show. They had the entire auditorium of 600 people drumming. Each person had their own drum to use and even thinking about it now gives me goosebumps! Can you imagine the sound coming from 600 drums??

Thank you to the organizers of this wonderful event and thank you for letting me part of it. Also special thanks to Miramare Gardens at Terrey Hills.. I have never seen such precision, from the delivery of food to making sure everyone was taken care of. What a great venue!

Bec and Simon - August 10th - Terrigal

Just a little teaser of the shots from Bec and Simon's wedding at Terrigal. Clouds in the morning were a little worrying but it turned out to be a great day. Bec and Simon were married at St Fiacre Distillery at Terrigal, then went on to a fun reception at Onda Terrigal (wonderful place and wonderful staff) Simon used to be a delivery driver for Domino's so his dad thought it would be a good idea to order a pizza to be delivered at Onda. Such a funny thing to do! I love it when this sort of thing happens.
Bec and Simon are honeymooning in Thailand for 2 gorgeous weeks. Hope you are having a great time! There is more to come guys!!
